We've just been informed that our Bishop, the Rt. Rev. Pierre Whalon, will be paying us a pastoral visit on Sunday 17 April. Bishop Pierre, in addition to celebrating the Eucharist with us, will be officially installing Fr. Russ as our Vicar.
If you haven't already met Bishop Pierre, this is a great opportunity to get to know him. If you have, you know why this is a don't miss Sunday! If you've been wanting to learn more about the Convocation of Episcopal Churches in Europe, the American Cathedral in Paris or anything else relating to the Episcopal Church, this is your chance. Of course, it is also a moment to express our appreciation of and thankfulness for Russ' presence in Orvieto by participating in his installation as our Vicar.
